- Stock Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock-related risks, and ensure all processes meet the highest standards.
- Security Management: Protect site assets and coordinate security measures, including theft investigations and compliance with security protocols.
- Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and lead external audits for GDP compliance.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify stock discrepancy trends and implement preventative measures.
- People Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and leadership to the Service Centre team.
- Proven experience in operational processes, stock control, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Knowledge of security systems, GDP standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Must be named on a Controlled Drugs License (enhanced DBS check required).
- Familiarity with Home Office controlled drugs standards and regulatory guidelines.
