Join Our Team as a Loss Prevention Manager!

Location: Croydon Type: Full-time

We are committed to operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to lead our Inventory, Security, and Compliance Functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock-related risks, and ensure all processes meet the highest standards.
  • Security Management: Protect site assets and coordinate security measures, including theft investigations and compliance with security protocols.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and lead external audits for GDP compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify stock discrepancy trends and implement preventative measures.
  • People Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and leadership to the Service Centre team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in operational processes, stock control, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of security systems, GDP standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Must be named on a Controlled Drugs License (enhanced DBS check required).
