Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock-related risks, and ensure all processes meet the highest standards.
  • Security Management: Protect site assets and coordinate security measures, including theft investigations and compliance with security protocols.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and lead external audits for GDP compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify stock discrepancy trends and implement preventative measures.
  • People Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and leadership to the Service Centre team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in operational processes, stock control, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Must be named on a Controlled Drugs License (enhanced DBS check required).
  • Familiarity with Home Office controlled drugs standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Commitment to maintaining high security standards on-site.
