A health and wellbeing service provider seeks a Wellbeing Physiologist based in Birmingham to deliver health services across the UK. You will support health initiatives, conduct assessments, and provide tailored advice. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and possess a degree in a relevant field. I am looking for a Wellbeing Physiologist in the Birmingham / Coventry area to support the on-site health and wellbeing service. This peripatetic role also involves working with a diverse range of clients across the UK to deliver and develop a Wellbeing service that meets business and client objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Wellbeing Physiologist to ensure the effective delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual qualified to at least degree level (or equivalent) in Sports Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, or related fields, with experience in sports, medical, health, wellbeing or fitness environments. The candidate must have a sound understanding of human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy / biomechanics, psychology, or nutrition, and be committed to driving positive health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lifestyle interventions, and the ability to motivate and support individuals in achieving their health goals. A background in physiology, health coaching, or a related field is essential
A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this role.
We are looking for someone to work full time, 37.5 hours a week, working 7.5 hour days with flexibility between our core hours of 8am and 6pm.
We are seeking a Birmingham‑based candidate to work on a dedicated client site two days per week, with UK‑wide travel required for the remaining three days. Hotel expenses will be covered, and a daily food allowance provided. Additionally, you will be able to claim fuel expenses for days spent travelling outside of Birmingham.
