A leading UK healthcare provider is looking for a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services. The role focuses on enhancing safeguarding practice across boroughs, requiring a registered health professional with substantial experience. You will provide expert supervision and work with multi-agency partners to ensure high-quality safeguarding for children. We are seeking a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services across the Trust, with particular focus on the needs and priorities of Hounslow Services, with wider links to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.
This key leadership role offers expert supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff managing complex safeguarding cases.
