A leading housing development organization in Exeter is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the delivery of new homes. This role involves managing projects from approval through construction, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Candidates should possess strong communication and project management skills, along with a relevant qualification in construction or project management. We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join us on a 9-month secondment. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality new homes within LiveWests development programme. You will manage projects from approval through construction to completion, ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role where you’ll make a real impact on the delivery of new homes. You’ll work with a collaborative team and gain valuable experience in managing complex development projects.
This role is being offered on a full‑time basis working 37 hours per week. This is a field and office based position, hybrid working is available for this role.
