- Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety checks
- Ensuring compliance with RAMS, CDM, EAWR and UK H&S legislation
- Supporting incident and near-miss investigations
- Preparing risk assessments, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
- Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits
- Working closely with project teams, operatives and management
- Promoting a positive safety culture across all work streams
- NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or Diploma (or working towards)
- CSCS Managers/Professionals Card (essential)
- Experience in H&S within construction or electrical sectors
- Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and site practices
- Ability to engage, influence and challenge unsafe behaviours
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
