As the Training Administrator you will play a vital role supporting Lanes Group’s Training Department, ensuring all records are kept up to date and our workers are compliant and able to work.

• Maintain accurate training records
• Liaise with training suppliers
• Generate training reports
• Ensure audit compliance
• Compile certificates
• Access and maintain spreadsheets
• Answer phone calls
• Order and book training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Health & Safety awareness certification – desirable but not essential
• Minimum 2 years experience in training administration – desirable but not essential
• Proven track record in maintaining training records – desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of utility operations; required experience may include Junior IC, Information Management, Accounts Handling, Information Technology Sales, HVAC Design, Arabic Cuisine
