A leading housing management firm in England is seeking a Property or Housing Surveyor to deliver professional property surveys and inform asset management decisions. What you'll do

You’ll deliver a range of professional property surveys to inform asset management decisions, such as: stock condition, asbestos re‑inspections, HHSRS surveys and energy performance assessments.

Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll provide technical advice, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Location: Warrington , with travel to other locations as required around the North West

Salary: £39,447
