Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with the operational delivery of allocated works.
• Manage site activities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and review RAMS, permits to work and quality documentation.
• Coordinate resources, plant, materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress against programmes and assist with look-ahead planning.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and handover documentation.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Job description

Location : Leigh base / Supporting Major UK Airfields (predominantly North West & Midlands)

Salary : Up to £55,000 + Car / car allowance + Package

Type : Permanent

The Role

We are recruiting a Sub Agent to support the delivery of civil engineering works across major UK airfield frameworks. Working as part of a wider project team, you will manage sections of works with individual work packages valued up to £5m, contributing to the successful delivery of a long-term programme of secured works.

This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a business that has a guaranteed pipeline of projects for at least the next five years.
