Alongside individual case work there are a range of groups such as DBT, NVR parenting and Behaviour Management for parents of children with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties. There are opportunities to have consultations from colleagues to support casework (such as Trauma, Psychotherapy consultations). We also have well established People Participation groups for parents and young people. The service embraces continual improvement and the staff and management team have a high degree of enthusiasm for quality improvement.
Clinicians work in a hybrid model of direct face‑to‑face and remote working as appropriate. We are looking for: good communicators with energy, motivation and enthusiasm; the ability to work with individuals and families with complex difficulties and to work effectively with multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency contexts; flexibility of approach; commitment to evidence‑based practice; and the pursuit of the highest possible quality of service. We welcome applicant interested in full or part time hours.
Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
