• Support site operations and deputise for the General Manager.
• Ensure all services meet contractual and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate staff to maintain efficient site coverage.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold standards.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, complaints, and service issues.
• Implement new processes and technologies to improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Record and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and team members.
• Manage performance, training, and attendance within the team.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Authorise overtime and manage stock in line with company policy.
• Build strong client and customer relationships.
