• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience.
• Natural leader experienced in managing teams of 8+.

• Ensure catering areas are event-ready during live and non-live event days.
• Drive financial performance, managing costs and supporting budget delivery.
• Champion guest experience and service quality, responding to feedback.
