• Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience supervising and developing a team within a transport environment.
• Proven experience within transport.
• Computer literate for dispatching and reporting.
• Team building experience.
• Some transport experience with C+E drivers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on site including people management.
• Deputize for Shift Manager when required.
• Manage customer stock from receipt to delivery.
• Work on operational costs and achieve budget.
• Ensure efficient planning of resources.
• Ensure all vehicles are loaded and unloaded safely.
