- Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and materials for DT lessons
- Support teaching staff and students during practical sessions and demonstrations
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in workshops and classrooms
- Carry out routine maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering resources
- Contribute to departmental displays and provide support during school events when required
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, flexible, and safety-conscious approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and students
- A genuine interest in Design & Technology and a willingness to learn
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Previous experience as a DT Technician or in a school-based role
