Responsibilities
  • Simulate switching converters using advanced tools such as Mathcad, Simplis, SPICE, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Prepare, review, and approve schematic designs, magnetic designs, power loss calculations, and parts lists.
  • Provide essential support to the PCB layout team, ensuring the highest standards of design and functionality.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electronic design and development.
  • Power Electronics Design
  • AC/DC DC/DC Converters
  • Practical knowledge of laboratory tools, oscilloscopes, dataloggers, AC and DC sources and electronic loads, CAD tools, MRP tools and schematic capture
  • Experience of a formal design process including design reviews and stage gate reviews
