Job summary
A leading consultancy service in the United Kingdom is seeking a proven Deliver Manager with SC Clearance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion, a strong background in finance functional processes, and the ability to lead large-scale technology transformation projects within the defense or government sectors. Applicants should possess a degree-level qualification and over ten years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in business documentation.
Qualifications
- Over ten years' experience in complex technology enabled transformation projects/programmes.
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management end-to-end implementations.
- Experience managing a complex stakeholder landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete implementation of Oracle Fusion within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with defense-specific financial operations.
- Manage large-scale, technology-enabled transformation projects.

Our cilent within the Public Sector requires a proven SC Cleared Deliver Manager with a strong background in complete implementation of Oracle Fusion within an organisation. Extensive expertise in finance functional processes, with a strong understanding of defense-specific financial operations and compliance standards. experience leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformation projects in defense, government, or similarly regulated sectors
- A degree level qualification
- Strong finance function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic finance business areas
- Over ten years' experience in complex technology enabled transformation projects/programmes (essential)
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
- Ability to work independently (essential)
