A dedicated charity organization in St Albans seeks a passionate and energetic CEO who will be accountable for its strategic development and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ex-offenders, strong fundraising abilities, and the drive to build relationships with key stakeholders. Accountable to the Board of Trustees the CEO will have responsibility for the strategic development and running of the organisation, including the management of all staff and volunteers and the building of relationships with important supporters and partners.
