Job summary

A regional football association in England is seeking an inspiring Chief Executive Officer to lead its growth and transformation. This role involves strategic oversight of grassroots football initiatives, ensuring inclusivity and financial sustainability. Ideal candidates will possess senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to foster community relationships. The position requires a degree or equivalent, along with a full UK Driving Licence. Flexibility in working hours is expected, as well as some travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role like CEO, COO, or Director.
• Experience leading teams, organisational change, and financial management.
• A full, clean UK Driving Licence is required.

• Lead the County FA strategy aligned to FA Grassroots 2040.
• Drive safeguarding, inclusion, and participation in grassroots football.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and oversee compliance.
