A well-established local charity in Chipping Barnet is seeking a new CEO to lead and advocate for people with learning disabilities and their families. The successful candidate will bring senior management experience in related services and a proven record of strategy development and income generation. Key responsibilities include fostering effective partnerships and ensuring the delivery of empowering, person-centered services that align with community needs. Barnet Mencap is a very well-established local charity which provides services and support for people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and their family carers, while also campaigning alongside them to improve their lives. The organisation aims to create a world where people with learning disabilities are valued equally, have their voices heard and are included in the community.
