High-profile, leadership level opportunity for a seasoned and credible recruitment expert within Public Sector recruitment. In this national role, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of all public sector business within a leading recruitment firm.
• Drive the continued growth of all public sector business within a leading recruitment firm on a national basis.
• Take ownership of designing and executing a bold, well-funded expansion programme with a high degree of autonomy.
• Operate across public sector functional specialisms and sub-sectors, with a deep understanding of public sector business development, frameworks and strategy.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders, shaping strategy and delivering results in a complex public sector environment.
• Work in a hybrid capacity, with a national remit and flexible base location.
