Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our Client's franchise‑approved car dealer in Newcastle Emlyn.

Our Client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to £64,000 OTE.

Benefits
  • Starting basic salary up to £40‑50,000 per annum pending experience.
  • Uncapped and realistic on‑target earnings of £1,200 per month.

  • 20 days annual holidays, including the bank holidays, plus your birthday off (any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu) and increasing over the length of service after 5 years to 23.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am‑6:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am‑4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
  • Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
  • Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
  • Sell and buy vehicles.

  • Have a proven track record within the role.
  • Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
  • Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
