The organisation partners with public-facing institutions to deliver reliable, safety-focused services that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Having established a strong market presence, the business is now entering a key phase of professionalisation and value creation. The Board is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next stage of development, strengthening commercial performance, operational capability, and strategic readiness.

  • Hold full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, margin improvement, and financial governance
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure service reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a multi‑functional team of approximately 20 employees
  • Strengthen systems, processes, and performance management to support scalability
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Board to ensure effective governance, transparency, and strategic alignment
  • Support preparations for future strategic options, including investment, partnership, or exit
