Job summary

The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and managing contractor performance. Qualifications
- Commercial Combustion Gas Safe Qualifications COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
- Full clean driving licence and ECS/CSCS card is essential.
Responsibilities
- Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames.
- Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client.
