We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to conduct services and repairs on domestic gas appliances within social housing in the Oxford area. 1. Service and repair domestic gas appliances and boilers
2. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation
3. Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials
4. Participate in an 'out of hours' service rota (every 1 in 4 weeks)
5. Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
6. Report any non-compliance or process failures to management

1. Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
4. Experience in social housing
