£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Full Technical Training + Tools + Overtime.

Home based, covering Trowbridge, Melksham, Bradford-on Avon, Bath, Chippenham, Devizes and the surrounding areas.

Are you a Plumber, Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer, Breakdown Engineer or similar looking to join a niche Domestic and Commercial specialist that will upskill you through in house and external courses such as Gas Safe, Renewables etc whilst covering a local area offering a great work life balance, combined with overtime all whilst working towards a gas specialist?

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team with collaborative, hands‑on training in plumbing, gas, and renewable systems, allowing you to continually advance your skillset.

This company has 20 employees and covers a local area. They specialise in domestic and commercial projects and have a very low staff turnover due to investment in their staff.

The role is predominately domestic work and involves general domestic plumbing, performing manual checks, working on cylinders, carrying out repairs and maintenance, and assisting with heat pump installations, while providing regular training to keep your skills current and your knowledge expanding.

This role would suit a Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking for a position in a company with a strong emphasis on professional growth within a family‑oriented, supportive environment.

Role
