Remote Azure Platform Engineer for MOD/Defense (SC)
Job summary
A leading tech recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Azure Platform Engineer for a remote role, overseeing the design and operation of secure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven Azure Cloud experience, expertise in Infrastructure as Code, and knowledge of Azure networking and security. This position offers daily rates of £650-700 and requires SC security clearance, contributing vital support to MOD-aligned programmes in the UK.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Azure Cloud / Platform Engineer.
- Strong hands-on Azure experience across IaaS and PaaS.
- Experience in secure or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support secure Azure cloud platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Engineer Azure networking solutions including VNets and Azure Firewall.
