Job Title: Residential Home Manager

Location: Nr Walsall

Salary: £35000- £40000

Job Type: Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee our facility in Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong background in dementia care and home management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the residential home to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
2. Oversee the implementation and management of personalized care plans for residents, with a focus on dementia care.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential.
5. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient operation of the home.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and staff.

Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in home management within a residential care setting.
2. (Required) Specialized skills and experience in dementia care.
3. Strong leadership and management abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
6. Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the care sector.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or related field.
2. Management qualifications are desirable.
