• Experience as an Infrastructure Desktop Analyst or similar role with solid understanding of Microsoft SCCM and some familiarity with Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and application installations.
• Proficiency in scripting, particularly in Windows PowerShell, for efficient application distribution and system management.
• Understanding of Active Directory administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for support and troubleshooting via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Handle third-line support for all hardware and applications.
• Monitor and report using Microsoft SCCM & Intune, with a focus on application deployment and security updates.
• Manage SCCM tasks, including task sequences, OS images, and driver packages.
