What you will do:

• Build and maintain WordPress / WooCommerce websites with clean, scalable code
• Develop new features and functionality to meet client needs
• Collaborate with clients in weekly calls to understand challenges and shape solutions
• Work with the team on creative, technical, and internal projects to push your skills further

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years commercial WordPress development experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and modern deployment processes (Git)
• Solid understanding of web security and performance best practice
• Great communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
• WooCommerce experience highly desirable
• 32 days holiday + bonus Christmas leave
• Dedicated learning & development time (1 day per month + budget)
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the Bristol office
