A leading technology firm is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract role in Warwick with a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end solutions and mentoring junior developers in a dynamic Agile environment. Role Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join a team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions, while contributing to technical strategy and best practice within an Agile environment.
- Design, develop, verify, test, document and refactor complex applications, scripts and integration services
- Participate in and lead peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Select and apply appropriate development methods, tools and techniques
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to shape and formalise new solution designs
- Work alongside Product Owners, QA, UX, engineers and end users to deliver features aligned to business and user needs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Play an active role in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team culture and delivery excellence
