Eurostar is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic catering team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food.

• Support the Head Chef in day‑to‑day kitchen operations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
• Assist with menu preparation and high‑volume food production
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of food safety and operational efficiencyAbility to perform under pressure
