For their agriculture business, they are looking for a Field Maintenance Engineer to join their team carrying out maintenance on their farms across Lincolnshire.

On-Call Details:
Minimum of 4 hours paid at 1.5x rate, regardless of time worked.
Additional on-call weeks beyond 10 per year paid at £122.50 per week.
This role offers a strong OTE and regular pay in a long-term, stable working environment.
During the interview process, candidates will have the opportunity to visit my client’s farms.
Full training will be provided for qualified engineers eager to learn and grow within the role.
