A prestigious country club in the beautiful Cornish countryside is seeking a Full Time and Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service across various settings, including dining and events. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, with certifications in food hygiene and first aid considered an advantage. This position requires commitment to exemplary product knowledge and professionalism.

- Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time and Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club, set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth's city centre. We are a country club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences and events.
- Provide natural customer service and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
- Cover all areas including the Brasserie, The Cabin Café, Lounge Bar, Conferences, Weddings and Events; may include some duty management cover.
- Communicate effectively to ensure you, your team and the product are of the utmost professionalism and quality at all times.
- Good levels of relevant experience in a similar environment (preferred but not essential).
- Food Hygiene Certificate (advantage).
- Personal Licence (advantage).
- First Aid at Work Certificate (advantage).
Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time, straight shifts, will include evenings and weekends.
- Must be 18 or over due to serving alcohol unsupervised.
