Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time and Part Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club, set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth's city centre. We are a country club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide natural customer service and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
• Cover all areas including the Brasserie, The Cabin Café, Lounge Bar, Conferences, Weddings and Events; may include some duty management cover.
• Communicate effectively to ensure you, your team and the product are of the utmost professionalism and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Good levels of relevant experience in a similar environment (preferred but not essential).
• Food Hygiene Certificate (advantage).
• Personal Licence (advantage).
• First Aid at Work Certificate (advantage).

Hours

Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time, straight shifts, will include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over due to serving alcohol unsupervised.
