A leading luxury brand in the UK is seeking a candidate to lead the transformation in HR reporting insights. This vital role involves managing staffing budgets, collaborating with Finance and other Directors, and providing key insights on workforce and costs. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, finance knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to significantly contribute to HR operations.
The successful candidate will lead the transformation in HR reporting insights for people, headcount, and people costs. Based at our Head Office in Barlow Place, the position will be the link between Finance and HR. This is an integral role to accurately monitor and forecast all people related costs with strong accuracy. The role will support and challenge the business for workforce demands and KPI's. Within this role, you will support both the CFO and Regional People and Organisation Director. What impact you can create at Chanel:
