Overview
In this high-impact role, you will be pivotal in uncovering, measuring, and communicating insights from data that directly shape product strategy and accelerate the growth of our new product offerings. You will act as a key analytical thought partner, moving beyond basic reporting to managing the analytical workflow, from defining metrics to influencing executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Become the dedicated data expert for a specific product, deeply understanding user behaviour, engagement funnels, and conversion drivers to identify high‑impact opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into user behaviour, product health, and business performance.
- Conduct deep‑Dive analyses into user behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle patterns to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
- Drive experimentation and testing: Own the end‑to‑end A/B testing process, including experimental design, execution, analysis, and recommendations; Champion experimentation standards and best practices, including test design, statistical rigour and result interpretation.
- Shape strategy and decision‑making: Challenge assumptions and provide data‑driven perspectives that shape strategic discussions and roadmap planning; Translate complex findings into clear business recommendations; Work closely with product managers, other analysts, and engineers to embed data into the daily decision‑making flow; Collaborate with the creative and design team to deepen insights at the creative and campaign level to enhance prioritisation of their ideas.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of data analytics experience, ideally within a product‑led or high‑growth tech environment.
- High proficiency in SQL and strong command of one or more analytics tools or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R).
- Hands‑on experience with DBT and familiarity with data modelling best practices.
- Skilled in experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, causal inference).
- Experience building metrics, dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, hypothesis‑driven, data‑supported insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and product leaders.
