A utility infrastructure company seeks a Planning Coordinator to ensure efficient scheduling for Field Operatives in Bradford. Successful candidates will possess strong people skills and good IT capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. The role involves managing schedules, resolving customer inquiries, and working closely with field teams. Working with our team of Planners, you will ensure work is coordinated and scheduled efficiently for our Field Operatives. This is role based in our Bradford office.
Please note : this is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months.
This role is perfect for someone with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be Client and Customer focussed with a drive to move forward and bring betterment in each task that you carry out. You will have good IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Word / Excel) along with strong administrative skills and knowledge of scheduling function.
