Job summary
A building maintenance provider in Pembroke Dock is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Repairs team. This role requires strong administration skills, good communication abilities, and prior experience in administration or customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, managing correspondence, and generating reports. The role is office-based with 31 days of annual leave and pension benefits.

- Prior experience in Administration or Customer Service is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of Repairs maintenance works.
- Raise jobs on the internal system.
- Communicate with the Contracts Manager.
- Manage phone calls and the shared inbox daily.
- Generate reports and support general office functions.
- Maintain correspondence and accurate management of paperwork.
