A global communications agency is seeking a Cluster Implementation Manager to manage client relations across multiple brands while delivering effective media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-channel media planning, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. What will you be doing?
As a Cluster Implementation Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of this planning team, working closely with the EU regional team to deliver best-in-class planning and bring their plans to life in a local context.
The role itself is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, while bringing a sense of expertise and opinions to all meetings to drive growth for the client's business
Act as a day-to-day contact for the client across multiple brands and workstreams.
Support the development and delivery of integrated media campaigns that connect people and pets. Ensuring synergy with the biddable hub to ensure smooth planning
Provide expertise and guidance on local best practices, developing a trust with the client that we know the ins and outs of local media
Collaborate with regional EU Hubs. From strategy, planning, data, and digital activation to deliver seamless work
Provide clear, proactive communication to clients and agency partners.
Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign performance reporting, often requiring to switch between brands and manage several work streams (alongside the EU hub).
Stay ahead of category and media trends, contributing ideas that push the work forward.

What are we looking for?
Experience incross-channel media planning, ideally with some exposure to health, lifestyle or tech clients
Strong understanding of performance media and how to translate data into strategic recommendations
A confident, proactive communicator who enjoys client contact and problem-solving
Organised, curious, and adaptable with a positive, collaborative mindset
Keen interest in health and wellbeing trends and how they shape consumer behaviour
