Do you excel in implementing best‑in‑class planning methodologies and processes, managing change, and influencing senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements? If so, then our Forecasting & Planning Manager role could be perfect for you. As the Forecasting & Planning Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of experts in Forecasting and Planning, while also being a technical authority in creating Forecasting and Capacity Models. Partnering with Field Operations teams, you’ll ensure we have the right resource capacity to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This is a key role in the planning cycle, where your passion for leadership and innovation will shine.
First and foremost, we expect you to have extensive experience in resource planning, particularly in forecasting and capacity planning, ideally within a field operations environment or similar. You will be a strong analytical problem‑solver with proven experience in change management and influencing senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and workforce management software.
