Qualifikationen

Aufgaben
- Responsible for purchase invoices, bank loan transactions, and cash management.
- Manage expense claims and credit card payments.
- Provide general assistance to the finance team as required.

A leading Japanese Financial Company in the City is looking for a Japanese speaking accounts assistant.
Key Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase invoices including coding.
- Processing bank loan related transaction.
- Processing cash management transfer and Bank Reconciliation.
- Processing expense claim.
- Responsible for credit card payments ensuring all evidence is provided.
- Process intercompany loan. (Distribute monthly schedule of loan, issue the credit advice, follow up interest payment.)
- Administration of contract (filing and gathering figures) and follow internal approval procedure.
- General assistance in the finance team and ad hoc duties as required
Required Core Skills:
- Understand different cultures and work in a diverse and multinational environment.
- Strong communicator with confidence and maturity to liaise with all levels within the organisation.
- Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure that all deadlines are met.
