As Product Director at MHR, you’ll set the vision and strategy for our software products, with a major focus on our new Finance platform, expanding our portfolio beyond Payroll and HR. Leveraging expertise in ERP, analytics, and modern platforms, you’ll define product roadmaps, validate market opportunities, and ensure our Finance solutions meet the highest standards of innovation, scalability, and customer value. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll shape intuitive and competitive products that strengthen MHR’s market presence.

You’ll lead and inspire the Finance Product Design team, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery functions to ensure a unified product strategy and go-to-market approach. By working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, you’ll embed Finance as a core part of our offering while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and cross-functional excellence.

Your leadership will be central to the successful introduction and growth of MHR’s Finance platform. By driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging market intelligence, you’ll elevate our product portfolio and ensure it meets the evolving needs of the market. Through your direction, MHR will bring Finance solutions to life that not only drive commercial growth but also cement our reputation as a trusted, end-to-end partner in the Payroll, HR, and Finance technology space.
