A recruitment agency in London is seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to support various accounts and administration tasks. Strong finance/accounts experience is desired, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Responsibilities include recording transactions, managing records, using Xero and Sage software, and liaising with landlords. - Assisting in accounts and administration tasks.
- Recording financial transactions and managing records.
- Inputting financial activity using Xero and Sage.
- Raising invoices and recording payments.
- Checking supplier invoices and preparing payments.
- Liaising with landlords and producing statements.

- Assisting in the office with a wide range of accounts and administration tasks
- Recording company financial transactions and keeping records of all receipts and invoices
- Inputting and maintaining financial activity using Xero and Sage accounting software
- Assisting with raising invoices and service charge bills and recording details of payments received
- Assisting with checking supplier invoices, preparing weekly cheque and BACs payments
- Liaising with Landlords as required and producing regular statements
