A growing organization seeks a skilled Finance Manager/Controller to manage a finance team and oversee financial operations. Reporting to the MD, the role involves producing management accounts and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. Ideal candidates should be qualified or QBE and ready to join promptly.

Due to retirement, I am looking to speak to either Qualified or QBE finance managers/controllers who are seeking a new opportunity in an OMB.
With turnover just exceeding £8 million, you will report to an entrepreneurial MD who has grown the business to its current size.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for managing the finance team (team of 3)
- Production of management accounts including profit and loss statements with variance analysis to prior months/years and to budget
- Forecasting and planning
- Controlling the company's 4 bank accounts
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of fixed assets
System: SAGE 50
Candidates who are available on short notice are of particular interest, as this is a highly urgent appointment.
