Job summary
A private-equity backed business in Coventry is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee overhead cost management and financial planning. The role involves budgeting, cost management, and collaboration with senior management to provide financial insights. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial software are essential. This position includes a flexibility of working from home two days a week, and offers up to a 10% bonus.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial management with a focus on overheads or cost control.
- Part or qualified ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for overhead costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Responsible for accounting of overheads, ensuring accurate P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Collaborate with department heads for financial insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
- Drive process improvements in financial management.
