About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated finance professional to take ownership of key financial processes within the company. This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and is responsible for managing complex financial challenges, tax and legal structuring, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. This is not just bookkeeping - the candidate will work closely with the CEO and the team to provide strategic financial support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all company financial processes: accounting, treasury, financial reporting;
• Prepare consolidated management reports;
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants;
• Advise on company structuring from a tax perspective, manage IP, and oversee employee payments across jurisdictions;
• Respond promptly to financial questions and requests from the CEO and team;
• Manage lawyers and external service providers for financial matters.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance;
• ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification (full or partial) preferred;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Quick learner, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment;
• Ability to manage external consultants and legal advisors;
• Experience with international structures and tax planning.
