Descrizione del lavoro
A well-established business in Kendal is seeking a Finance Manager who will oversee management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance tasks. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and will take a lead role in audit processes. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and includes a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
Competenze
- Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead audit processes and compliance checks.
Mansioni
- Produce monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy.
- Lead the month-end close process including journals and reconciliations.
- Act as primary liaison with external auditors during audits.
- Evaluate current finance processes and recommend improvements.
