The ideal candidate will possess an ACA or comparable accounting qualification, excel in project management, and have excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• ACA or comparable accounting qualification is required.

• Familiarity with tax accounting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand objectives and business.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring timely onboarding.
• Migrate and maintain quality of client data in Excel.
• Coordinate inputs from clients and their accounting firms.
• Train clients on using Caribou and develop training content.
• Seek improvements in the onboarding process efficiency.
