A leading healthcare organization in Uxbridge is seeking a Qualified Accountant to support the Finance team in improving financial processes and reporting. The role includes managing a team and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have a chartered accountant qualification and experience in data manipulation, team leadership, and finance improvement projects. This hybrid position offers the opportunity for career progression and making significant impacts in finance operations.
Qualificações
- Proven experience of managing finance improvement projects.
- Strong background in developing staff through line management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-financial individuals.
Responsabilidades
- Lead R2R process improvements and projects.
- Develop reporting processes, controls, and systems.
- Review month-end reconciliations and control accounts.
- Prepare financial information for the Executive Board.
- Deliver monthly variance analysis for performance understanding.
- Support operational finance needs of the business.
- Manage a team of two accountants.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance.
- Assist with external audit queries.
