As our Chief Financial Officer, you will have the unique opportunity to be a key player in building one of our portfolio companies. We will give you ownership of our finances to push you out of your comfort zone. You will work out of our HQ in London, and to ensure continuous growth, we offer:

Your responsibilities will vary, but will include:

• Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Providing weekly cash flow updates.
• Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
• Evaluating and implementing cost optimization programs.
• Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
• Leading working capital responsibilities.
• Managing human resources financial planning.
• Supporting sales and operations teams.

You possess an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You are driven to excel and take ownership of your work, being proactive and reliable. You share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Additionally, we expect that you have:

• An accounting background, ideally with over two years of experience at a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.
• UK work permit.
• Background in media and conferences industry is preferred but not mandatory.
