Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience in deploying Workday SaaS software solution including responsibility for: Functional/Business Process configuration tasks, Identifying approaches, risks, mitigations, strategies
• Basic knowledge in IT/ERP implementations
• At least 4 years experience in HCM system/business processes
• Readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (home on weekends based on project requirements)
• Bachelor's Degree required. Prior consulting and project management experience required. Keen understanding of the software development lifecycle.
